Plans

Blokit offers a free plan and several paid plans. You can compare plans and check pricing at Blokit.ai/pricing. The plans are as follows.

Free plan: A plan for individuals to save content and automatically organize it with AI, helping them start a personal knowledge repository.

Basic plan: A personal plan for saving more content and managing knowledge systematically with AI search, notes, and sharing features.

Plus plan: A plan for connecting saved content with various AI tools to support document-based AI use and personalized knowledge management.

Pro plan: A plan for building a professional AI-based knowledge management environment using large volumes of content and various AI models.

Team plan: A collaboration plan for sharing and jointly managing knowledge with team members while operating organizational knowledge assets using admin and security features.

Enterprise plan: A plan for building a knowledge management system for large organizations with custom implementation, security, and operational support for enterprise environments.

Prices and included features may change according to service operation policies, and changes will be announced in advance.

Payment Policy

2.1 Payment timing: Paid plans are activated immediately after payment is completed. Once payment is completed, you can use the features of the selected plan immediately.

2.2 Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle, monthly or annually.

Monthly subscription: Automatically billed on the same date each month.

Annual subscription: Automatically billed on the same date each year.

2.3 Automatic payment: Paid subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not cancel before the next billing date, the same plan will be charged automatically. Automatic payment can be canceled at any time.

2.4 Payment methods: Blokit supports credit cards and debit cards.

Supported payment methods may change.

Plan Change Policy

Plan upgrade: Your account is upgraded immediately and the cost is charged immediately. The billed amount is reduced based on the portion of the billing cycle remaining at the time of the plan change.

Plan downgrade: Your account is downgraded when the current billing cycle ends.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can continue using your existing plan until the end of the current paid usage period.

Refund Policy

If you want a refund after subscribing to a paid plan, contact [email protected]. For a full refund, downgrade your plan and contact us within 3 days of subscribing to a monthly plan or within 30 days of subscribing to an annual plan.
