Last updated · April 22, 2026

These Terms set out the basic rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions, and procedures between Amuse8 and users in connection with the Blokit service.

Blokit stores, organizes, searches, labels, classifies, and summarizes links, files, and related data uploaded by users through AI-powered systems.

01

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Purpose: These Terms define the basic matters related to the use of Blokit services.

Definitions: “Company” means Amuse8. “Service” means Blokit and all related services provided by the Company. “User,” “member,” “ID,” “password,” “content,” “user content,” “AI system,” “generative AI,” and “automated decision” follow the meanings set out in these Terms and applicable law.

Effect and amendment: The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by law. The Company will announce the effective date and reason for amendment in advance, and unfavorable changes will generally be announced at least 30 days before they take effect.

Matters not specified in these Terms are governed by applicable laws, including telecommunications, e-commerce, information network, consumer protection, and personal information protection laws, as well as detailed service policies set by the Company.

02

Chapter 2. Service Agreement

The service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and the collection and use of personal information, applies for membership, and the Company accepts the application.

The Company may refuse or later terminate applications involving identity theft, false information, applicants under 14, improper purposes, legal violations, or conduct that may harm public order or good morals.

Members are responsible for managing their ID and password. If registration information changes or if an ID or password is stolen or used by a third party, the member must notify the Company without delay.

03

Chapter 3. Service Provision

The Company provides storage, organization, search, AI labeling, category classification, summaries, personalized recommendations, and search results for links, files, and other data uploaded by users.

The Service is operated using AI systems for analysis, classification, labeling, and summarization. Users understand that AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, bias, or inaccuracies, and users remain responsible for important decisions based on those outputs.

Users must not use the Service as a direct decision-making tool in high-impact AI areas such as hiring, loan screening, medical care, transportation, public eligibility decisions, student evaluation, or criminal investigations.

The Company endeavors to protect minors from harmful information. Users are responsible for harmful information included in content they upload.

The Service is generally available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless interrupted by system maintenance, server failure, force majeure, or other unavoidable events.

The Company may change or suspend the Service for operational or technical reasons. For permanent termination, the Company will notify users 30 days in advance and provide a reasonable grace period and export means for user content.

04

Chapter 4. Content and Intellectual Property

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in content uploaded, entered, or stored by users belong to the relevant user or lawful rights holder.

Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use user content as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, improve, secure, back up, display, search, and deliver results through the Service. This license expires within a reasonable period after deletion of the content or termination of the agreement, except where legal retention, backups, or technical limits apply.

The Company may use user content to train or improve AI models only based on separate user consent. Users may withdraw consent through service settings or other procedures provided by the Company.

Rights in the Service source code, UI/UX, design, logos, trademarks, images, text, features, databases, templates, and classification systems belong to the Company or lawful rights holders.

A person claiming that user content infringes third-party rights may request suspension of reproduction or transmission. The Company will take necessary action without delay when a lawful request is received.

06

Chapter 6. Termination and Restrictions

Members may terminate the service agreement at any time through the settings menu. The Company will process withdrawal requests without delay.

If a member violates these Terms, the Company may issue a warning, temporarily suspend use, revoke membership, or terminate the service agreement.

The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in the event of force majeure, national emergency, system failure, traffic overload, government order, or other unavoidable cause.

07

Chapter 7. Liability

If the Company has exercised reasonable care, it is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or bias inherent in AI outputs.

Disputes, objections, claims, or lawsuits from third parties related to user-uploaded content are primarily resolved between the user and the third party, and the Company is generally not liable.

Rights, responsibilities, and disputes between users arising from sharing or collaboration features are generally resolved between those users.

08

Chapter 8. Dispute Resolution

The Company operates support channels to receive and handle user opinions and complaints.

These Terms and disputes related to service use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute is not resolved through consultation, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
